I told Mia last week that we are not having Christmas because Mommy and Daddy are too busy. Thank goodness, it did not register with her or dampen her spirits. As many of you know, we finally got a tree up, wreaths out, and a few decorations last Thursday. We actually assembled a gingerbread house last Monday for FHE. (Please note the aesthetic differences between ours and the Ohlmstead's.) Starting tomorrow, it's all family, relaxing, and celebrating with no distractions. Perhaps we'll leave up the decorations till February to make up for lost time! (The last photo is of Larson contemplating his cinnamon roll this morning.)
Did anyone else notice Larson's tongue folded back in his mouth? How did he know that's what his Mom did, and still does! I love the door decorations--they look like Mia's crafty little hands. Merry Christmas. Love DAD MOM
ReplyDeleteYes, I noticed Larson's tongue as well as the middle finger he's giving everyone while sitting at the table with his cinnamon roll. and, I just have to say no difference in aesthetics between ours and y'alls. Merry Christmas! Love, The Olmsteads
ReplyDeleteKim I love how funny your kids are! The decorations are awesome. Give the kids hugs and kisses from Aunt Kellie. And please tell me what they think of their Snoopy Snow Cone maker.
ReplyDeleteThe middle finger ROCKS! I love that kid. Hope you all have the merriest of Christmases. Mart
